One-to-one health coaching
Coaching draws out the best in people. I use it as a tool when working either face-to-face, or virtually via an online hosting platform (such as zoom) to help optimise people's health potential and performance.
I trained with the Health Coach Institute, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Over time, I have learnt techniques to allow people to take time to understand themselves and increase their self-awareness. By digging deep, individuals get to the root cause of issues, and subsequently inspires them to make long lasting habit changes. The feeling of being in control, in turn promotes stability and encourages people to feel energised, wholly alive and thriving in all aspects of their lives.
