What is the total body transformation all about?

The Total Body Transformation is a 3 month private one-to-one coaching program for women who are committed to improving their health and re-energising their lives once and for all.

Life is a roller coaster and with it comes many challenges. By learning new was to improve health and well being allows women to become more resilient in all areas of their lives.

What does the total body transformation offer?

Every client will have their unique reasons for hiring a health coach, and as such there is not a set script we will follow. Some of the areas we may cover are:

Discover what foods work optimally for you

Learn that how we eat is just as important as what we eat

Understand that visualisation and goal setting are vital for success

Ascertain knowledge of how to overcome cravings, and change these habits forever

Learn how relaxation can bring you more in life

Discover how moving your body needn't be a challenge but an enjoyable activity

Realise that sleep should be a priority for optimal health

Uncover that by improving your health, you will impact ALL areas of your life.

What does the total body transformation program include?

A initial 1 hour body transformation breakthrough session allowing us to uncover where you currently are in relation to health, what your desired outcome will look like for you, and the best pathway to get you to the heartier, energised you.

Weekly 1 hour coaching call either in person, via zoom, or a mixture of both (location depending). In total you will receive 12 weekly calls.

Follow up DR ME course resources and other recommended materials will be provided to help keep you on track.
